Ohh My God

Hadhrat Musa (peace be upon him) once asked Allah Ta'ala, "O Allah, who is the worst person of my Ummah?"

Allah Ta'ala replied, "The first person you see in the morning is the worst person in your Ummah."

When Hazrat Musa Ali As-Salaam came out of the house in the morning, he saw a man passing by with his son sitting on his shoulder. Hadhrat Musa Ali-as-Salaam thought in his heart, "Well, he is the worst person in my nation."

Then he spoke to Allah Ta'ala and said, "Ya Allah! Who is the best person of my Ummah?" Allah Ta'ala said, "The first person you meet in the evening is the best person of your Ummah."

Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) began to wait for the evening. Suddenly, his eyes fell on the person whom he considered the worst in the morning. It was the same person he had met earlier in the day.

Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) spoke to Allah and said, "Ya Allah, Ya Rab Karim! What is this event? How can the worst person be the best?"

Allah Almighty said, "In the morning, when this man went out towards the forest with his son on his shoulder, his son asked him, 'Father, is there anything bigger than this forest?' He replied, 'Son, these mountains are bigger than the forest.' The son said, 'Father, is there something greater than these mountains?' The father replied, 'Son, this sky is much bigger than the clouds.' The son continued, 'Father! There is nothing bigger than the sky; it is very wide and vast.' The father let out a cold sigh in a sad voice and said, 'Son, your father's sin is greater than heaven.' The son responded, 'Father! Nothing is bigger than your sin.' A glow appeared on the father's face as he said, 'Son, much, much greater than your father's sins is My Lord's mercy and His forgiveness.'"

Allah Almighty said, "Oh Moses! I love this person's confession of guilt and remorse. I have made this worst person the best person in your nation. I have forgiven him all his sins and transformed his sin into goodness."
